Leasing has begun at Print House, the new riverfront development anchoring the revitalization of Hackensack, New Jersey. The first building is a four-story tower on River Street featuring 271 apartments ranging in size from studios to two-bedrooms, all with floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, and in-unit washers and dryers. Building amenities include a suite of indoor and outdoor spaces ranging from standard offerings, like the fitness center and a pool deck with Manhattan skyline views, to luxury fare, including whisky and wine rooms. The development is located on the former site of The Record newspaper’s offices, and Print House will pay homage to the site’s history throughout the 20-acre property. Here’s what’s still to come, when the project is completed, it will include five buildings housing residences and 40,000 square feet of retail space.
