Hampshire Companies, have completed its second phase, adding 425 luxury apartments to the city’s largest new residential property. Located on the former Bergen Record headquarters site along the Hackensack River, the complex now boasts 696 units, 150,000 square feet of amenity space, and 40,000 square feet of retail space featuring tenants like Hackensack Meridian Health and Starbucks, with a Lidl grocery store set to open in 2025. The development, designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, offers amenities such as a riverfront pool, clubhouse, and rooftop terrace, and is situated near NJ Transit’s Hackensack Bus Terminal for easy NYC access. Print House is part of an Opportunity Zone aimed at revitalizing Hackensack’s downtown and waterfront district, with leasing for Phase Two units and remaining retail space underway.
