The second and final phase of Hackensack’s largest residential redevelopment, Print House, is now complete with 425 new luxury apartments available for leasing, bringing the total to 696 units. The development, located on the former Bergen Record headquarters site along the Hackensack River, offers 150,000 sq. ft. of new amenity space, including courtyards, an amphitheater, a riverfront pool, outdoor lounge areas, and a two-story clubhouse. With 40,000 sq. ft. of mixed-use retail, featuring tenants like Hackensack Meridian Health, Starbucks, and soon Lidl, Print House provides residents with a convenient, community-focused living experience near the NJ Transit Hackensack Bus Terminal. This project, developed by Russo Development and The Hampshire Companies, aims to revitalize Hackensack’s downtown and waterfront district.
