This phase includes a riverfront pool, outdoor lounges, and a two-story clubhouse. The development, located on the former Bergen Record site, now totals 696 residential units. The complex also features retail spaces, including an upcoming Lidl grocery store. The project emphasizes a blend of modern living with convenient access to New York City.
